細胞を播種後、サンプルと検出試薬を添加し、プレートリーダーで読み取るだけのシンプルなプロトコルで、最短2日でアッセイが完了します。

① VEGF-A依存的にVEGFRが二量体化され、発光シグナルが検出された。
② ①にBevacizumab (抗VEGF抗体) を加えると、VEGF-A依存的なVEGFRの二量体化が抑制された。
③ ②に抗Bevacizumab抗体を加えると、BevacizumabによるVEGFRの二量体化の抑制が解除され、抗Bevacizumab抗体の濃度依存的に発光が検出された。
